The best answer is D (negotiation). All the answer options may apply in specific instances but for a general question such as this one, negotiation is probably the most widely used (and the most effective) approach in the healthcare quality setting.

Dear Andy ,I exactly answered the way you have and with the same logic when I wrote my exams this year in Feb . However I don’t know why I had the score of just 86 and could not get the required .
